English tea is an energizing loose leaf Ceylon black tea.
Directions: use 1 tsp of English Breakfast for each cup of boiling water.
Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Serve over a tea strainer. Add milk and sweetener of your choice (optional).
